Equipment Operation

Maintenance and cleaning
When the popcorn comes out of the pot, pour a suitable quantity of water into the pot. Then, after stirring for several seconds, the water will be poured out.
Turn off the stirring switch and use a non-corrosive, semi-dry wipe to clean the interior of the pot. Do not use hard metal objects to wash the inside of the pot, in order to avoid scratching the machine.
When the machine is not in use, disconnect the plug, disconnect the gas valve, and use a non-corrosive semi-dry wipe to clean the machine.
The machine should be stored in a cool, ventilated place.
Troubleshooting analysis
- HEATING PROBLEMS: If the pan is not getting hot, there may be a faulty heater wire, a malfunctioning thermostat, or a short in the oven pan wiring. These problems need to be checked and fixed.
- INDIVIDUAL KERNELS NOT POPPED: This may be due to uneven heating caused by placing too many ingredients. It should be ensured that the ingredients do not exceed the workload of the popcorn maker to ensure even heating.
- EQUIPMENT DOES NOT WORK: If the popcorn maker will not start, first you should check the power switch and short circuit fuse for proper functioning. If the fuse is blown, it will need to be replaced. Also, check the baseboard thermostat for a short circuit.
- INDICATOR LIGHT DOES NOT COME ON: If the heat-up indicator light does not come on and the pan does not get hot, there may be a faulty heater wiring, a malfunctioning thermostat, or a shorted oven pan wiring. These problems need to be checked and fixed
- INDICATOR LIGHT DOES NOT GO OUT FOR A LONG TIME: If the heating indicator light does not go out for a long time, it may be a thermal thermostat failure, need to readjust or replace the thermal thermostat.
Transportation and storage
This device should be handled with care to prevent violent collisions and must not be inverted. Generally not long stored in the open air, should be placed in a well-ventilated,non-corrosive gas warehouse, and need to be temporarily open storage, should be waterproof and have sunscreen measures.
