Brush Washing & Peeling

The first station uses nine hard brushes mounted on an 800 mm roller. It removes soil and peel in a single pass. A built-in water collection pan catches debris, and castors let operators move the unit for cleaning.

French Fries Cutting

The TZ-600 cutter runs at 1.1 kW and produces 7 × 7 mm strips as standard. Two spare blade boxes—12 × 12 mm and 10 × 10 mm—allow the customer to switch strip sizes without halting production.

Bubble Washing

The 2.5 m bubble washer handles 500 kg/h through an 800 mm wide belt. It rinses away surface starch after cutting. The 2 mm thick 304 stainless steel tank resists corrosion from constant water contact.

Blanching

The gas-heated mesh belt blancher precooks the strips at controlled temperature. This step fixes color, reduces enzyme activity, and prepares the fries for frying.

Dewatering

A 1.8 m vibrating dewatering machine removes surface moisture before frying. Lower water content entering the fryer improves oil life and reduces splatter.

Industrial Frying

Working Principle

The production flow is straightforward:

  1. Raw potatoes enter the brush peeler.
  2. Peeled potatoes feed into the cutter.
